I can let you know what we can do....
The unlimited mobile to any mobile does not work under normal circumstances with the 550 minute family plan. Our Customer Retention Team may be able to add it on there, but a normal Customer Service Rep cannot.
Also, the deal with Rollover minutes being lost during rate plan changes happens on both upgrading and downgrading minutes. If you have 1000 Rollover and goto, say, a 700 minute plan....the billing system automatically keeps 700 of your Rollover. If you have 2000 Rollover and upgrade to, lets say, a 1400 minute plan...the billing system keeps 1400 of the minutes. That being said, when you guys changes your plans and see no loss of minutes....and think Im yanking cranks, its because we can credit back up to 4000 Rollover for each call, as well as a $250 dollar credit if we see fit, for each call.
Everyone Ive talked to with a family plan since the new Mobile calling feature came out has been a downgrade. 1400 minutes, unlimited SMS and M2M, with the ALIST feature (10 Landlines)....pretty much the way all accounts are gonna be if you ask me.

So Samsung believed Apple was violating it's patents all this time but decided to do nothing about it. Now that they have been pushed they decide to act. Sounds to me they are trying to find whatever they can to bite back at Apple.
IF companies sued others for perceived infringement of patents, we wouldn't have anything new to buy.
Sony never sued asus for making clone laptops that were direct copies of sony vaio.

I bet samsung told apple (in private negotiations) to come back with more patents if they want cross-license deal with samsung. and apple prob got pissed for being put down like that...

I really did, it was such a nice place to let the 17-40 f4.0L stretch it's legs!
I was on a Cruise and hit alot of Countries in the Med, and honestly, while we were only in portugal for a short time, it and Spain were my favorite countries, albeit I was in Spain for three times the time I was in portugal for, Portugal still beat the tits off France. Food was awesome, Climate, Scenery, People....the wine. Okay Italy might have better food. But just barely :D

I was debating on doing the 4.3.1 update now that the jailbreak is available. Is this a bad call? It seems many are unhappy they updated their software. I am currently on 4.2.1. Any thoughts?

As a ballroom dancer, my partner and I have to listen to the same music but can't both be teathered to ear buds. With a 4g Itouch playing to her bluetooth headset, would I also get a signal out of the headphones port so that I remain teathered to the buds, or does that port get turned off when BT is in operation?
OR, does ayone know if the Itouch can talk to two BT headphones at the same time?
